JOB NEAR ME COMPANY DISCLOSURE & TERMS

SIMPLE QUESTIONS AND GUIDE BEFORE STARTING A BUSINESS AND BUYING A FRANCHISE
DO YOU HAVE TIME TO DEVOTE TO YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU JOIN?
If your answer is Yes, then do it! If you say No, do not do it, as it will only waste your time and money and will just frustrate you, because you will not see any results and you will start blaming others like 1) the person who invited you to join the company who only wanted to share the great opportunity they have. 2) the Company as you would say “I did not make money at all, they didn’t pay me anything, they are scammers”. But you, yourself know the truth!

In the first case, to be honest, the person who invited you is really not at fault as they only share and show you some great business opportunity they have. They are only opening a new door of opportunity for you to be successful if you do it right. The truth is, they only believe that this might help you to create extra earnings because as it works for them, they probably believe in a saying that if “I can do it! You can do it too!”, meaning they just believe in your abilities and they see big potential in you. That’s all! That is why they invited you and not to break relation with you. And besides, the bottom-line is still you, the one who decides to do it. It is your free will and nobody can really force you to do things without your consent and you said YES! And agree to do it! Without you paying to join the business.
Meaning, the reality is you. You yourself see that it will benefit you if you join the business only if you believe in yourself that you can do it and that is why you JOIN, not because you were pushed or you were forced by someone to join but you like it too because you see a big potential for you to make extra cash. If you don’t really want to do it, you will not come to attend, you will not pay for yourself as it involves time and money and hard work to pay and Join the business. And so, at the end of the day, the TRUTH COMES OUT - that you join because you like to do it. Now to be successful in this business it all depends on you, where and how you want to take it. So, if it did not work because of your personal issues, you have no right to blame it on other people as you take your own responsibilities for your action.

The answer to the second scenario:
The 5 real reasons why you did not get paid and earn from the company and why you end up frustrated:
1. For some, they did not bring a prospective client at all. They join and leave the business on the side.

2. They brought some clients but the prospective clients did not go through, meaning it was just a prospect but it is not a successful client. Meaning no business was really made.

3. You provide false information to your clients or you over promise and when it comes to closing the deal, they see the real picture and they back out. So, no deal happens again. Your time and effort go to waste.

4. You successfully placed a client and it goes through but you never send an invoice to the finance department of the company because 1) You probably do not know how to send an invoice. 2) You did not know how to do it. 3) You have no form. 4) You just wait and wait forever until someone would notice you. Reasons can go on and on but to be honest, it is still your fault because you can always reach out to the company at all times to ask how and what is the process to get paid. Payout is normally discussed before and after joining, detailed information about how to get paid is discussed in your training and there is no way to miss it.

5. You ask someone from the company, your colleague, or someone inside the head office to send an invoice on your behalf, instead of you doing it yourself. In order for your colleague or another person to send an invoice, they need all your client information to be able to complete the payout form TO GET PAID, but you must remember that money is tempting and some people are not honest when it comes to money matters.

Unfortunately, they put all your client’s details under their name without your knowledge, and from the company’s point of view, it is their client, especially if they have a client form on the system under their name as well. Definitely in this situation, it is really your fault. You did not get paid because you did not follow the company’s protocol to prepare and send your invoice.
And once the company pays for it, even if it’s the wrong person, for this reason, we are sorry to say but we cannot pay you anymore as it is already paid based on our system. As always people who fail do not want to take the blame on their self, that is human nature. They always want to blame others for their mistakes. We get that! So, if you think you cannot put your time and effort we advise you not to join and purchase a franchise. FAILING to something will just hurt you so if you really have no time to do it then do not do it, leave it. Because it is not for you.
Our apology for telling the truth as it might hurt someone who is facing this situation. But being in a denial situation and not accepting the truth will only lead nowhere. Facing the reality and moving forward and correcting your mistakes can still change everything and lead you to a better future. By accepting your mistakes, you can improve yourself for the better and you will be able to avoid your old mistakes. Once it’s all done and all is healed, you can have a fresh start to continue and make a difference for yourself. Now you are again, ready to start the journey to success.

The real truth why you FAIL in the business and MUST AVOID IT:
1. You join but you did not put in enough time and effort.

2. You join just because you are ashamed to say no to the person who invited you because the person is your good friend. But you have no interest in the business.

3. You did not have enough knowledge about your products and services.

Here are some examples of scenarios why you did not have enough knowledge after joining or buying a franchise.
  • You did not attend the meeting, watch the training videos. You did not read the training materials, check the presentation about the products and services.
  • Yes, you attended the meeting but you were rushing for another appointment.
  • You attended the meeting but you have no interest to listen to the presentation talking with someone while the presentation is going on.
  • Yes, you were there but your mind was not there, you were thinking of something else or you do not have time, you feel lazy to attend, and much more.
If you want to consider starting a business or buying a franchise, you must ask yourself truthfully, if you have all the traits with which you can open a business if not, forget about it and stay with your job.
The business will only work for people who have driven for success, someone who wants to achieve their goal in life, someone who has the patience to watch their business grow before picking the UN ripe fruit, someone who is ready to fail and fall but never gives up, someone who is willing to keep learning and keep improving their failures to eventually achieve success, someone who has the patience to wait for the perfect harvest time, someone who has a heart of gold for the good of the people and most of all someone who is god fearing to hurt someone.
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FRANCHISING AND STARTING A BUSINESS FROM SCRATCH, MEANING STARTING YOUR OWN BUSINESS BY YOURSELF.
Comparison between MLM Multi-level Marketing and Franchising
A lot of people are getting confused and cannot really distinguish the difference between an MLM business and franchising it is important to know the difference and to weigh your options carefully before moving forward going further with it.
MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING OVER FRANCHISING
Multi-Level Marketing:
a unique compensation structure
Franchising:
a proven business system

Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) refers to how you are compensated for the product/service you are representing. In MLM’s, you can earn money not only by directly selling the product or service, but also by getting a percentage of the sales made by others whom you have recruited to sell the very same product or service – from your “down line”, as it called. Hence, in Multi-Level Marketing, the people with the greatest earning potential are those that get in early, because the more people they can recruit, the more money they can make. There is no limit to the number of people in the same geographical area that can sell the same product or service.  Therefore, Multi-Level Marketers are encouraged to recruit their own competition! In MLM’s, you are encourage to just keep putting people under you, without proper understanding or training because the person who invites you pushes you to keep bringing people because that were they can earn a commission. At some point most of the time you need to be in certain level for you to really earn a commission. The common and most popular strategies in MLM is the binary which you need to bring one person on your right and one person on your left to both has to be pair to create an earning or sometimes they make is more harder and complicated but they show attractive earning for people to get interested. But bottom line as a MLM member you don’t really make the money because their rules are way difficult to follow. And at the end of the day they make the MLM company makes the money, you’re up line makes the money too. But you and the people under you and the one you invited the people who mostly did not make much or are like; your friends, neighbors and family. Did not make anything. And because of this it will surely draw a line and walls to your relationship. For some especially they are close to you, they will not say anything but they will start to avoid you. Because they’re unhappy because of this situation they started to lose their trust in you, and they started to feel bad and eventually break relation with In contrast, a franchise is a distribution channel to build brand identity and attain market dominance for a product or service by providing proven systems, ongoing training and, in most instances, exclusive territories for the particular product/service.  Franchising is highly regulated by the Federal Trade Commission and the defining document for any franchise is its Franchise Disclosure Document, which lists all of the rules and requirements for both the franchisor and its franchisees.  With a  franchise , you are selling a product or service through a defined system – not recruiting others to join your group in order to grow your business.  Other franchisees are your support system, not your competition. Like SIMA FOR PV members, SIMA is their support system for them to create unlimited residual earning. With MLM you do not own the business you are just their sales representative without definite earning, used by big companies to advertise their product for free. All the benefits are for the you. It is really very sad and on the other hand the truth is it’s not really your fault! You just believe to your up line propagandas. But did not teach you enough on how effectively it can be done. but still, the blame is with you plus you the bad part is YOU STILL DID NOT MAKE ENOUGH THE MONEY or probably did not make money at all. Sometimes, some MLM marketing is created only to make money once they reach there goal terms of earning they close down and file for bankruptcy, or just slow stops their marketing for people to forget them so they can easily disappear on the public eyes. Some dies and exit quietly.

But with franchising definitely you’re owner of the business your purchase. You advertise you market you grow it, you don’t waste your time because your growing your own company.your building your own equity in business. This is what we call your IDCI book of business and ownership which can be sold when you reach the right terms, also again it depends on how you grow your own business.  You are not building equity in a business that can be sold later.   As a franchisee, you are an independent business owner who is building a business unit under the umbrella of a known brand by working on the business, not in the business.  With this business model you are building equity that can later be sold for two to six times the original value. At I DREAM CANADA INTERNATIONAL Inc., we help people from across THE WORLD find  franchise business opportunities  that meet their personal and lifestyle goals.  If you are interested in learning more, please ask our IDCI venturer /associate who introduce you to I DREAM.
